02438348033 Female Cadres of Ethnic Minority to Enhance the Quality and Effectiveness of Local Political System in Northwestern Provinces
Cadres of ethnic minority, especially female ones in the local political system (at commune, ward, and town level) are the core of the local Party, government and union organizations. They take a direct part in implementing the directions and policies of the Party, State at the local level and have direct contact with local people. In order to fulfill this key role, they need to improve the awareness of the organizations in the political system about the role of female cadres in local political system, especially those in the Northwestern provinces of the country, where the majority of ethnic minority groups reside.
